As far as sex and fetish appeal? This has it in spades. It's a gorgeously sexy picture, which you've been really good with anyway lately. Compositionally, I really like the diagonal made by their faces and collar bones and arms. It really draws your eye down the page nicely. It'll be interesting how you work the title and such into the design, but so far I think this is turning out very strongly.
