As big as Vivian's boobs are, they'd probably bounce back and send the boxer flying. So maybe she does that with the intention of the boxer flying into somebody's mouth...

The saliva could just be a natural build up from having the mouth open, knowing Crisis though I doubt it. Secondly, Vivian's breasts seem squishy as hell. Sandbags that hit back for sure! XD
