It’s like an upside down portal into the void, that has a long squishy red carpet. It’s always fun trying to guess who it is at first, because there are always hints - big and small. With the exception of fairies, I think you could pretty much identify most of my characters by their mouths - which I kinda neat and wired at the same time.. I mean we’ve got soul-sucking pits of silver, and cavernous maws with sneaky forked tongues.
