Ohhh, this looks great! I have to say, the neon-color style you went with gives it a really cool, unique look! It fits the setting and situation really perfectly, I think. :D

With the neon light, this has a Blade Runner 2049 vibe about it. Love the signs vacant/ full idea! You should tackle the hotel business too ! :-)
