I think I might have figured out what happened...I paid for a full year on the touring model and for some reason it said I was only a basic member I just signed up again and had to pay for another full year.... so had to pay over 300 for a full year... this is pretty frustrating

I got mine back in May when it dropped. I would double check any shipping info you might've received. I know they needed a shirt size before they could ship my order.

Hey! I was really bad about checking the emails from patreon about the member merch drop and I read an email saying that my shirt size is needed. I JUST put in my shirt size and my new address. Will I still get the shirt or would it be too late?

Yeah, it’s been a year since the last poster. I think there was one in early 2023. I thought merch drops were supposed to be every 6 months, but I haven’t seen a mention of anything else, and I didn’t get an answer to my question earlier on this post.

when I go to the store to look for a redeem code for my elite rewards I cannot find it and most of them are sold out.

Yeah I got the poster. I had a hiccup this month where the card linked to my patreon account had expired but I updated it a few days later so I don't think that's caused any problems with the susbcription. I got the email about the shirt a few days ago as well.

Yeah, this is a problem we've heard of. I'm not sure why some people are getting the shirt size option. Did you already receive the poster?

On the desktop site and I can't see any option under Settings -> Memberships -> Dungeons and Daddies for selecting a shirt size. Anyone had a problem like this and found the solution?

I heard if you go to settings, memberships, click view details, then you can edit your shipping address and shirt size. I'm also not sure why you'd be getting the email now, haha!

Hi! I did look on desktop but the option really isn't there. The poster came a couple weeks ago but I saw in one of the discord chats that this shirt actually won't go out until August so I don't know why I would've gotten the email from patreon lol

You need to do that on a desktop. We have heard reports that you can't do it on mobile.

The email has a link to where you can change your address or membership level, but there’s no where there to change the shirt size. At least not on mobile or the app.

At a guess; previously I've gotten an email from merch by pattern to check address before they sent anything, I'd assume there'll be an email asking you to give a size in order for them to send anything

Try checking under Patreon's settings (I did this on the website, not the app), then selecting "membership." From there I selected my DnDads membership and it had a place to update my address and select a size for the shirt

I believe there's a form you fill out with your shipping info/name/shirt size when you initially join the higher tiers, I can't remember 100% though, I used to be one.
