About you guys not selling as much in Germany: I will say again that having two shows in northern Germany but none in southern Germany is very unusual to me! Having one in Munich instead would have made a lot of sense since people from Austria and other countries to the south could have come easier. But because the recent big storms none of the trains going up north were reliable so I for one had to take a plane from Austria... I'm still very happy that I did and had a great time! (Just frustrating to see people touring Europe only sticking to the upmost northern and western cities 😳)

As someone who used to do a global convention circuit (as a comic illustrator) I would agree with the sentiment that Aussies show up in droves to see artists/creators from overseas. (Also, I will add, I am sad that Denver likely won't make the cut for a tour stop but I get the logistics of it. You might be able to carve a route out from AZ to NM, up to CO and UT/Salt Lake City, then Reno to Sacramento/the Bay Area. Just sayin'! ;] )

I was as the Hamburg show as well. Drove up 4 hours from mid western Germany. I am very positive that Cologne or Düsseldorf will be very welcoming for you. Also touring in Germany is hard because Germans are very very reserved and need time to warm up.

As far as Australia goes, I live in Cairns, Queensland which is one of the northern most parts of the country and considered rural/ remote, our closest major city is Brisbane, which is about a 20 hour drive away. I have met at LEAST 10 people who listen to D&Dads, completely organically. I'd for sure fly down to one of the major cities for a show!

I was also equally surprised that the venue was a literal school in Hamburg, but y'all had a great show! It did feel a little bit like watching a school production, but better, and without the actual middle-school trauma. 10/10, would do again. The show, not the trauma.
