Believe me when I say, the gang already understands how inaccurate AI is, regardless of which one is being tasked. I’m honestly more shocked that there was a listener out there that believed the single use found in the episode was coming from a place that was genuine & earnestness. It was just a bit. If anything, them asking AI only acted as an advertisement to everyone showing them how using ChatGPT in such a way is lacking immensely. Besides, ChatGPT is apparently a generative AI. I’d think using it for research purposes like fact checking isn’t what it was created or trained to do.
