Worse yet, even before we have a chance to rebuild and consider our next hunt, we were visited by The King's Man. Will the Naddites survive to live another year?
Once again, thanks to Sage for the wonderful art to track the progress of our stupid little civilization.
Below is the King's Man in all of his sinister hand armor glory. Beth was right. He does have a broccoli on top of a baby face.

Catching up on these. Fucking amazing series! Gotta say, I think I'm following along with the rules okay (except these Affinities, but it doesn't sound like they come up much for the gang anyway), but in this episode I can't tell what the hell Tempo Tokens actually do. Matt keeps saying stuff like "hey, you're learning the dance," but but I'm most of the way through the episode and there haven't been any "if you have X or more tempo tokens..." Or anything. Hrmpf. Guess I'll keep listening

During stun lock hell (iykyk), would 12 steps forward ever get the Kingsman in range of the players? During a long enough timeline eventually the last card you would flip would be coup de grace and then you would shuffle, and it would end up being the top card also. Unless I misunderstand how the monsters work. I think the monster would eventually attack if you played out infinite scenarios

Praising the murderer doesn’t carry forward. Each time a murder happens, a d10 is rolled to determine how the settlement reacts. They’ve been lucky in the past and got praising the murderer multiple times.

You’re also supposed to have a built tank for this fight since The King’s Man has an exploitable ai loop and is also one of the more inaccurate monsters. With a decent shield (spend your action to ignore X hits) and a couple of evasion, you can trivialize a lot of the damage.
