Matt, here! Below you will find the miniature we had to use as a proxy for our Gorm.
Since relocating to the recording space, many of the massive and disparate components of Kingdom Death: Monster have been misplaced. Though I’ve finally nearly finished reorganizing and locating everything. But still no Gorm... Where is my beeautiful baby boy?
So this is some random miniature from a now-dead game called Runewars by Fantasy Flight Games. He's kind of cool. But not Gorm cool. Nor does it fit into the aesthetics of KDM at all. And his base isn't even the right size. So why did I use it?
I don't know.

I’m so late listening to this, but Freddie straight up says that the characters MUST play the gamblers game (and nobody can talk to clarify ) and then I’m pretty sure that later he says they didn’t have to keep rolling. Seems like someone is trying to become leader of the Settlement again lol
