William Robert Graham was head of NASA from 1985-1986. Was a Regan Lackey, and is seen as the main, but far from only reason why Challenger happened, as the dude was adamant on launching on January 28th, 1986. Yes, I know, I'm making a second challenger disaster joke but I can't help it, man.
