It is not expected behavior. I activated the trial special for you. Now, all Patreon features are available.

So it appears by refunding me it has put me in a no-pay status, therefore, losing paid member benefits. It says the current plan $0.

I'm not sure. What do you see on the last Patreon tab? What your plan now?

Just wondering by refunding me did I lose the patreon features? I can no longer sort by sort channels by status.

Also, do you log in to Chrome? Do you use the same profile?

My apologies for the issue. It is strange. I don't have the option to clear all in extension, it is impossible. Maybe do you clear Chrome data? I have refunded you for this month. It takes 5 – 7 business days to process.

I've been using your app for time and love it and haven't had any problems. I upgraded a couple of days ago and after upgrading all my groups and subgroups have disappeared as if they have been completely deleted. So frustrated I had near 15 groups and over 150 Youtube channels sorted. It took months.
