Exactly. Suicide rates among little people are abnormally high, preciously because of being constantly belittled for their height in the way which this episode did.

Verne Troyer committed suicide. A couple of others with dwarfism killed themselves to but I don't remember their names. It's pretty common. Also, Jason Acuna (Jackass) and Warwick Davis (Life's Too Short) have talked about the depression and suicidal thoughts.

In case anyone is curious what "You'll both be brown bread, buttered, on the boat, with Harry" means. In cockney slang, brown bread = dead, on the boat; boat race = face, Harry Monk = spunk. Basically he is saying he's gonna kill them and jizz on their faces.
