i remember that song as a hit at primary school discos... along with "superman", don't mess with "my toot toot" and ghostbusters song... they were brilliant at the time.... in about 1987 (I was 6/7..:)..)

Yeah, for me it brings back memories of awful holiday park cabarets as a child in the nineties. I can't decide if it's reassuring or depressing that they're still everywhere.

This episode was okay. Quite a few giggles but not many belly laughs but still watchable... S2, S3 and S4 improve massively each season, with S4 if I remember rightly, being awesome.

My kids would disagree lol... Black Lace's songs are always on at every hotel, children's party and holiday park I've ever been to... And their song, Time Warp has been played in so many nightclubs when I used to go out clubbing so even i couldn't get away from them haha.

Fortunately for everyone in America, the song Dermot sings when Gary gets electrocuted, "Agadoo" by Black Lace, was never a hit there. Unfortunately for those of us on this side of the Atlantic, it was a massive one here. It's notorious for being one of the worst pop singles ever released, I once heard it succinctly described as "recorded in 35 different languages, and it sounded crap in all of them."

The Welsh flag was a gift from a Patron ages ago, there's a video on the You Tube channel where he and Tay try British snacks and he was sent the flag and a Welsh-English dictionary and a British slang book I think.

I am enjoying series one a lot more than I expected to! Off topic but I really have to ask because obviously I've noticed it forever, but Josh, what's the deal with the Welsh flag you have? Been dying of curiosity on that one for ages!
