There is a scene cut here from the beginning when theyre watching tv...all of a sudden gary jumps up followed by tony and says shes got her bottoms off her bottoms off, then tony says her bottoms off...then there is a few more lines about sexism from the girls and funny moments from the blokes

Yes I was in my 20's at the time when this was on TV and remember having this on VHS(prob still have it ) from one of my brothers mates, pub culture was brilliant back then we all drank Lager, smoked etc! ..Watching it again miss those times!!.... I miss the 90s and the TV shows, not so PC just having a laugh! This is one of my fave series!

Tony's mannerisms seem to be funnier in S5 than S4. I hadn't watched any Men Behaving Badly for over 20 years until Josh's reactions recently. Some aspects of it are better than I remembered - some bits are a bit dated, not much though.

Previously I thought S4 was the strongest but S5 is better than I remember but saying that, the show is strong from S4 onwards in general and some of my favourite episodes are in S6... If I remember correctly, I think there's a Christmas special after S6 and then there is 3 episodes in the 'Last Orders' season as well to enjoy.

I think this might be the best series. The last 2 episodes made me laugh more than any previous episodes. Also, I do miss '90s lad culture--a show like this would never get commissioned by the BBC nowadays!

Re. Gary and Tony's chat, a couple of years after this aired Channel 5 launched, and they actually did read the news standing up, which was considered pretty groundbreaking at the time and a lot of broadcasters do it now. They didn't wear special trousers though.

have to say, in the 90s we had no adult material on demand and us men didnot know what girls did to eachother either ,i remnember in sex ed in year 5 ( aged 9 ? ) we asked the teacher how do lesbians do it , she didnt had no idea either
