Another great episode. The early part was better. Then after the avatar for the token shadow of your lost love one. It went a bit wonky and departed from the realism that I felt that it established. Still some great ideas. Especially the ideas of the person we put out into the world in digital forums and the real us. The AI was build on one aspect of who we are to the people around us and then the one we might be online. The creepiest and most chilling but understated moment for me, was when the software upsold the bereaved an 'expensive' upgrade once a rapport and connection had been fully established. That made me go very cold in that moment. Much like that compliance drink in the other episode.
