i did this once at work, just stuck tape onto the balloon with a paper stuck to the bottom of the tape and cut more off until it balanced

I think I prefer this version (without the ad breaks cut out). Some of Greg's craziest lines are in the outros before the ads. I'm not really sure why they cut them out. It's not like people will be confused that there aren't any ads in the gaps...

I love Lee Mack but I really expected him to be better in this series. It's strange, he's one of the best improvisers but he doesn't do much here.
