Very true man. I think alot of people just do the thin where they let kids cry it out instead of attending to the needs of the children.

My wife's a childminder and the kids she looks after very rarely cry, if at all... There's always a reason for a child crying!... If you have the right routine and work out what the baby needs instead of panicking, it's a lot easer than people think... In fact, my wife knows what the baby wants before they do lol so a lot of it is to be preemptive and being properly organised.
