You think quite deeply about Adam's love life. My thought on that was that he's got a natural talent for reading body language, and his "type" is women who are attracted to him. There's never been any hint in the series of him being rejected… and his playboy nature seems to be mostly demonstrated by the women who are in his house in the morning. Not all of whom work for him; for example, I remember one episode where he mentions to Jonathan that he likes two policewomen, and the next day they're there. It could be that he just has a gift for recognising who's interested; and so he's never had to learn moderate his impulses because nobody ever said no to him. That would make him very lucky, I guess… but nobody's hurt by it (until you consider cheating, which I think is a separate issue). I can't help wondering if his character would have been different if he hadn't been recast.

I cracked up after the guy was shot and you said, “Hmmm, well tickle me lost”. 🤣

It's kind of quaint how 'futuristic' and 'high tech' a taser was considered at the time :)

I used to think that too but then after rewatching as an adult it's actually quite good

I think this is my least favourite episode of the entire run.
