Coogan is just masterful at being Partridge, his performance is so good that i notice new subtle things each time i rewatch. That intro with the "this time" tongue twister line delivery was brilliant, i wonder how many takes that took. Also Coogan’s face after Sidekick Simon’s disastrous segment was so funny, just complete frustration and despair 😂

I've heard not only is it still expensive even with insurance, they'll still refuse to cover certain procedures if they can get away with it :/

You can have a hip replacement operation on the NHS so that wouldn't be why Lyn chose the type she chose. It wouldn't cost her anything either way. We don't need health insurance etc. When my mum had her knee replacement they gave her a choice between two options of material as well.

There was a ~2year break between seasons so you never find out what happened at the end of s1. Unless you read the most recent AP book - Big Beacon, where he goes into great detail about his dynamic with Jennie. The audiobook is narrated by Coogan as Partridge, highly recommended
