A lovely drawing and it looks like whatever hustle Nick pulled to get Judy to hold him close like that worked. Clever fox. :) Great sketch and lines! :)

he is a fox, he is very clever, "it could" be that he is pretending not to know how to skate to be closer to judy, but it would be to count too much, you better wait for the finished minicomic

This is the one where Nick don't know how to skate and makes a fool of himself? I must admit that I never really understood why people think that? I mean this isn't the first time I've seen Nick being portrayed like this. In the movie (https://imgur.com/a/Aol30cR) he is very agile and adept. And that is even before having attended the police academy. Honestly, considering he is a Zootopian native, having access to Thundratown his whole life and yet he can't ice skate in his 30's? It makes no sense really. To me, this trope seems to fit Judy a lot more. She is a very spontaneous person who just throws herself into situations without really having a full understanding of what is coming to her. When she started her police training, she failed in every single obstacle course and she got beaten by the rhino. But she has tenacity and she is a good learner, so eventually she got the through it all. Again, Judy being the one who think she has it under control, but then failing seems to fit much more in this ice skating scenario. (I mean, she even felt down a toilet in the academy).
