Body Boarding
🕑 Added 2022-03-30 16:54:46 +0000 UTCWent to the beach on Sunday and tried body boarding for the first time, it was a super fun work out. Def used some muscles in ways I don’t usually use them. Working on learning to catch waves. Maybe I’ll try surfing once I get the hang of body boarding. Its a great way to build surfing skills before surfing.
