On the other hand ???% state is something different,that appears only when he is unconscious and he becomes incredibly powerful even compared to 100%,one of the mysteries of this series.So yeah,just clarification,love you reactions man!

Just to clafiry-Mob 100% is not him losing control of his power,as it said it's manifistation of his emotions,he's not holding holding back how he feels and it's affects his psychic powers.Emotions can be very different and the effect of his 100% could be much more different then just power up,in this episode it was 100% Sadness,in which he rebuild the school,100% Rage was him fighting Dimple and was more violent,so it's important to pay attention which emotion he hits everytime in 100%.
