You are right. That is Pouf's EN, which is why it doesn't cover a huge area. Pitou's EN is red and covers the palace and several meters outside of it. The king is playing Gungi throughout this and Pitou is healing him

Yeah, Knov is arguably the most calm and composed character in the whole show. Even the way he dresses with that suit jacket gives him a very business-like quality. And to see him react that way, totally mentally broken, curled up in the fetal position...it's an extremely powerful effect. I'm not sure who's aura that was actually, it might have been Pouf's, or maybe even the King's. Whatever it was, it handed Knov an overdose of existential terror. Remember way back in episode 2 in the hunter exam arc, that quiz question that Gon took more seriously than everyone else? It doesn't seem so far fetched now. This is one of those series where you get the feeling no one is safe...

Knovs anxious breakdown is one of my favorite things. It’s another example of togashi writing against the character archetype. Knov is the cool and collected professional. He tells Killua when he first meets him that humans tend to lose perspective when they come across the unknown. Which is really ironic because of what happens here. If Killua and Gon being in hisoka’s nen without using nen to protect themselves felt like being naked in a blizzard imagine how knov felt suppressing his aura while feeling the royal guard’s nen. Also top notch voice acting by his VA
