This happens in my game too. I do use UI Cheats so I wonder if that has something to do with it.

I don't use UI cheats, so I have no idea. You can try that I guess because it wouldn't hurt.

Is it possible I could have broken it by auto completing once with UI cheats? Do you think leaving the career and rejoining might fix it?

Objectives do not complete on their own. If the objective is completed, it will clear out. I just tested the mod and I am not having any problems with objectives clearing that have not been completed.

Hi Kiara. I'm using the social work career and in general it's working quite well, but for some reason the objective for work from home always shows as complete in the UI (meaning it's yellow with a checkbox) even if the objective hasn't been completed. It's not the end of the world to have to remember whether I've actually done the work from home task yet or not but I wanted to ask if it was something you ran into before or if maybe it was some sort of mod conflict on my end. Hello Dawn, The career was created for Royal Family members but if you want a random Sim to use the career, they are welcome to, but the main point originally was for the Royal Family members to work with Royal Duties. In general, you should be able to select a new gig right away.

Hi, I'm using the Royal family career and hoping for some guidance. Is this career meant to be for everyone who is royal or just the main family? For example if I've appointed someone to a patronage would you use it? If I'm missing something that already explains that could you push me in that direction? Also, I was playing for about four sims days. My king completed a speech at the museum and I wanted to get him something new but when I went to do that the options were blank. I know you said it takes a while to fill in but are there other reasons for it to be blank as well? Thanks for all you do I love your mods (just wanted to add that because I've already gotten much joy from this!).

The Royal gigs career comes with a package and .ts4script file, both need to be in your mod folder and not more than one folder deep

Hi! I'm having trouble downloading the careers. I'm trying to figure out how to download the royal family career. I've downloaded the zip and package, but no careers are showing up in game. Do I need to do anything else?

I am not seeing how this career is causing a game crash since you are not in it. These careers are fully updated. Somewhere a mod is out of date or something else is going on.

Hi, I need more information. Have you joined the career? That is the job and that will give gigs. Gigs take some time to appear as they run like odd jobs.

My Queen is in the Royal family career, but when I look for gigs, nothing shows up. The two files are in the same folder (a subfolder to the mods folder). Any idea why there are no gigs?

Once I remove a mod, I no longer offer support for it. If you use it, there will not be any support for it.

I'm guessing the Royalgigs package replaces the Royal family careers package? Will either conflict if I keep them both?

It depends. The .zip includes individual f files, the package is the merged files.. But careers aren't merged, so you download them individually.

How do you "Review Author Manuscripts" in the publisher career? I have the work from home menu, but that task is not in there

Did you download the work from home menu? It is under the work from home pie menu.

I will fix this but if you download a mod with the same name, your folder should give you a warning.

Hey! I just wanted to point out that the .zip file listed here has ALL the new careers, not just careers O-Z. Not a big deal, but could possibly cause people to have duplicates of A-H and I-N if they download all three of the 'new career' zip files without realizing (like me, ahahaha) But awesome work AS ALWAYS~ and thank you very much!

I have the hairstylist career which I see wasn't listed... should I delete it given its no longer safe to use or leave it because its safe to stay as is?
