If the Kiss is accepted
- Confident +2 buff
- A pop up about instant chemistry
- Smitten sentiment
- Boost in romantic relationship
If the kiss is rejected
- Embarrassed +2 buff
- A pop up asking what are you doing?
- Hurt, Furious, Grudge sentiments
- Sad +2 Disappointed Buff
- Loss in relationship

one question if your sim kisses another sim in front of a sim they have a romance with does that sim get jealous and get a drifting love buff?
