In the video, it explains Zerbu's mod is the requirement. Basemental's mod is only mentioned because it is a venue's list that DOES NOT conflict.

so i guess im still a little confused. So if i have basemental venue list, do i also need zerbu venue changes?

You could add them to the career that is the only thing I could think of.
