Well, yes that would be a conflict and that overrides base game interactions. The interaction should show if the Sim is working or not, even if there are no Sims to train because it's off hours it should show on the phone but greyed out.

Thanks but it still didn' work. I think i've resolved it as I also use a fitness instructor mod from WICKED PIXXEL and he/she has confirmed that their mod overwrites the mentor and replaces it so thats whats clashing and is unrelated to your mod. Regarding the train at home, this option came up while my sim was working onsite so presume it works when the sim is actually working. Either way will keep testing but thanks for help.

If the Sim's fitness doesn't improve, do they get reprimanded or something?

okay thanks, maybe the issue is that my sim and the target sim might not be friends which may be causing the issue. I will try again by building up the friendship levels and see if it appears - thanks

It should appear when the Sim is active at the venue or even at home. The only days it may not appear is Wed/Sun as those are days off and it should be available from 8 - 4 PM and the interaction will just say no clients to train if it's after hours or a day off. The mentor Sim is an EA built in interaction. A sim should be working out and then it will appear. hi thanks for the response. I dont get the mentor a sim come up? Where do i find this as it doesnt show up in the dialogue tree under personal trainer or anywhere else? also regarding the train home client feature i presume this doesnt appear when you are working? I.e if days off are on a saturday then i presume this will show up during the day? thanks for your help

I don't think a tutorial is needed minus the general active career tutorial guide. Once a Sim reaches level 10 in fitness and you've introduced yourself to a Sim the mentor a Sim comes up. Train Home Client is a phone interaction that appears under the business menu. There is nothing to schedules, you can just travel to the rabbit hole as long as it's during the day and not too late.

is there a tutorial for how to use this career? For example, one of the activities when you are working at the Personal Trainer Studio is to mentor a sim and it says you need to click on the sim while they are working out and go to 'Personal Trainer Career' window and select 'Train'? I don't see the train option when i follow this through. Also how do you get clients to schedule home sessions? when should i expect this to appear? thanks
