The giantess here seem to be somehow lying inside the mouth of a huge beast ( a giant worm here ) buut that's not it. She IS the worm and the "mouth" is.. well her home XP
Funny coincidence that it comes just after the sand worm girl of the monthly sketches :D

Ohhh, I really like this sort of design, where the 'monster' and 'girl' aspects of the monstergirl are less traditional and more deceptive. Reminds me a little of some of the enemies from old Castlvania games! :D

I have to admit, I'm a fan of pretty much anything that involves the prey being coiled in the pred's tongue. I love that in this scenario the prey was swallowed by the sand worm, and then swallowed inside the sand worm :-)
