Nothing from the hell movie is canon. That would mean the crew has been to hell before which hasn't happened. The only thing used from the movie in the hell chapter were the chains

Regarding Ichigo and Senna, a lot of fans did ship them since the story between them was quite organic and natural for two 15 year olds and one of the best element of this movie was the concept of Memories of Nobody. You can't challenge the movie for being canon or not, if Senna never existed to begin with and no one remembers her, a sad yet beautiful story between Ichigo and her

Not when their mission is to remain on standby to protect Karakura Town from Arrancar that can invade at any time. And they definitely wouldn't have assigned the same captain to look into a completely unrelated threat at the same time.

A couple of months is a long time for them to be stationed in the world of the living without going back at any point, which they realistically would have.

Actually, from some information I found, it set during or after the Bount Arc of all things, because the movie came during the Bount Arc.

This movie takes place after Ichigo first gained his Hollowfication mask and during the two months of training with the Vizards just before Orihime was abducted, and was referenced in Ep 32 of TYBW regarding the “Valley of Screams” which is all I’ll say about that. Easily, the most emotional and beautiful Bleach movie, Senna is like a daughter Ichigo never had. Hope you guys can see 4th and last one Hellverse with Ep 299 as prologue at some point.
