I empathize with Carmy’s feelings. As someone who grew up with ADHD, or Aspie, every day, I find myself trapped in a repetitive cycle of neurosis, driven by an insatiable need for perfection in a workplace that doesn’t truly fulfill my aspirations. On the other hand, I push myself to attend downtown events alone, hoping to meet new people and potentially encounter entertainers who could inspire me to become a better version of myself. In the world of Kingdom Hearts, it’s preferable to be a Somebody rather than a Nobody, a being devoid of a heart. It’s a universal desire to be a perfectionist, and many workaholics struggle to find a balance between work and socializing, striving to become more outgoing and confident.
