I called alt Rick Flag as alt Harcourt's new man, but never saw that happening in the main world. Was he insane? He was cheating on a 3000 year old sorceress with a mean streak. If he'd survived Corto Maltese she probably would have killed him when she found out. Now I want to see how June/Enchantress reacted to Rick's death and how she might react if she ever finds out about him and Harcourt. Hmm. That might be another reason why Harcourt doesn't want to want Chris- he killed her friend with benefits.

about the alt dimension peacemaker, yes I think its nazi world or something like that however, maybe peacemaker, the other one wasn't ok with it. Obviously the self medicating his brother talks about how he keeps disappearing, he was in bludhaven etc, this ep while it seems like his brother is talking about his drug problem "I'll love you no matter what" maybe it isn't that simple maybe the whole "I'll love you no matter what" is more about how he wasn't aligning with the status quo. In short the Chris from that universe was a good guy trying to change things even working with the "bad guys". Its just a theory but I think the reveal won't only be its nazi world its that the peacemaker of that world was fighting against the regime.
