The opposite is happening. Kin is practicing saying "Momonosuke" without the "-sama," since a father would never use such a term of respect for his son. But, Kin has so much respect for the Kozuki family it's hard for him to drop it, so he keeps saying it under his breath.

kinemon was having a hard time saying sama because you usually say sama to someone older to you but never younger...but momo is a shogun's son so he is in a higher position of power.
