Even with a fast internet connection, you'll need about 30 minutes for the initial setup. This way, youβll be ready to create the second the public video goes live, leaving everyone else in the dust!

This installer comes pre-loaded with everything, including the crucial Sage Attention for optimized performance on modern GPUs. It downloads the models, installs the custom nodes, and gets you ready to go with zero fuss.
A Note on Quality & Honesty:
Full transparency: the raw video output is a less sharp than the standard Wan 2.2 model. But the trade-off is where OVI shines: the lip-sync quality is absolutely phenomenal, especially when handling scenes with multiple speakers. If convincing, multi-character dialogue is what you're after, you are going to be blown away.
π» Your Launch Sequence: From Zero to OVI in 4 Steps
Ready to unleash the power? Here's your mission briefing.
Step 1: Install Prerequisites (If you're starting fresh)
β Python 3.12 (64-bit): Download Here
β Git: Download Here
(To confirm they're installed, open a command prompt and type py -0 and git --version)
Step 2: The Main Event - Run the Installer!
Download the double-click the Install_OVI_including_sageAttn.bat file.
The installer will now download all necessary models and custom nodes. This will take around 30 minutes, so go grab a drink!
Step 3: β IMPORTANT for NVIDIA 50XX Series Users β
If you have a brand-new NVIDIA 50XX Series card, or if you encounter any errors with Sage Attention, you must run the update script.
From the SAME FOLDER, run the Nvidia50XXUpdate.bat file after the main installation is complete.
Step 4: Launch ComfyUI & Create!
Once installed, launch ComfyUI using the provided batch file and load up the OVI workflows. You're ready to make magic!
π§ TROUBLESHOOTING:
Important. Make sure your folder path does not contain spaces!
BAD: D:\AI\My Comfy UI Folder\ β
Good: D:\AI\My_Comfy_UI_Folder\ β
π΄ Sage Attention Issues?
Run Nvidia50XXUpdate.bat (Yes, even if you don't have 50XX Series GPU. It fixes this error in most cases)
π΄ Red Boxes/Errors?
Manager β Install Missing Custom Nodes β TryFix. Do this for every node.
π΄ Generation Errors?
Select models from proper folder (click arrow for dropdown)
Choose OVI video/audio that you downloaded.
If there is no dropdown opening then you put it in the wrong folder.

Hi tanks for the feedback. It seems OVI is quite resource hungry. It uses Wan 2.2 instead of Wan 2.1 as the other lipsinc does. I have tried to build in the 8 step lora but so far the results are not great.

So I built this out today. I have a 5060 Ti 16G card and it took almost 3 hours to produce a video that couldnβt create the default audio correctly or sync. I think the earlier lip syncing workflows were faster and better.
