With the recent CUDA + Sage changes, the old scripts were no longer reliable—so I created brand-new install scripts that run smoothly and silently. They’ll even leave a handy comfy_install.log on your disk so we can easily track down any issues.
👉 If something goes wrong, just send me the log in a single message and I’ll help you out.
💡 NVIDIA 50XX users: remember to run the InstallComfyUI script first, then the Nvidia50XXUpdate right after.

P.s: For the installer to work you need to have 2 things installed:
Python 3.12 – Required for running ComfyUI and installing Sage Attention. We use Python 3.12 specifically to ensure compatibility with PyTorch 2.8 and the latest ComfyUI builds.
Git – Needed to download ComfyUI and related repositories directly from GitHub using the git clone command.

hi sorry you ran into trouble please write me a dm. I don't get informed from comments unless I actively. What happens when you run your cmd and type "py -0" enter? Your output should look simillar to this. If not please reinstall python 3.12. -V:3.13 * Python 3.13 (64-bit) -V:3.12 Python 3.12 (64-bit) Also make sure the folder where you want to install it does not contain any special characters or spaces like C:\My AI Software\ComfyUI. let me know if that helped

I'm getting the following errror "Cloning into 'ComfyUI'... No suitable Python runtime found Pass --list (-0) to see all detected environments on your machine or set environment variable PYLAUNCHER_ALLOW_INSTALL to use winget or open the Microsoft Store to the requested version." I'm running pythin 3.12.7

Hey. I used your installer and did not realize it would not prompt for an install location. As such, ComfyUI was installed in my downloads folder. Simply moving the folder to another location does not work. How do I go about moving this to another location? Can I just delete the comfyUI folder and re-run the bat file from the location I want things installed? Also, do you have a link to the workflow that supports this? i.e. the one you used in your youtube video.

Hi this seems like a VAE mismatch. Can you please check if you selected the correct VAE. Does this occur when using my workflow? if so which one did you use?

Hey used your custom installer and installed all the nodes as instructed in the video. I get this when i run the default prompt / settings"VAEDecode Given groups=1, weight of size [16, 16, 1, 1, 1], expected input[1, 48, 1, 80, 80] to have 16 channels, but got 48 channels instead"
