Vegetarian hotdogs/sausages/burgers grill better if you start with them frozen, otherwise they fall apart. I know from experience π

Best red meat replacement for me is the Impossible Spicy Sausage. Better than their hamburger - fry it up with garlic, and rehydrated shiitake mushrooms for those glutamates. Great for dumpling / gyro / cheesesteak style stuff.

Jack & Annieβs jackfruit nuggets are the best replacement chicken nuggets. Perfect imitation, much better than the beyond.

The JJ app isnβt great at notifications and order tracking. Recently it told me my sandwich was ready to pick up 8 hours after I picked it up and 2 hours after the store closed.
