The one about the Mortgage reminded me of when I had an apartment and paid half rent, and charged two roommates a quarter. One of those roommates moved his gf and dog in, and we assumed they split his quarter. Found out years later that she was paying his quarter cause he told her he was paying Half of the whole rent. And that they were spliting that.
