Was just in the middle of opening a support ticket and taking screenshots while recreating all the steps and it just worked. So yeah, if someone else runs into similar issues, maybe wait some time and try again later. Good Luck :)

Thanks for the reply, tried 2 different mobile and 2 different web browsers, no luck so far. Every time I click "switch to annual" it brings me right back to monthly. Are there maybe limitations in regards to availability in countries other than the US (I'm paying in Euro)? Otherwise I will try contacting Patreon support, thanks.

It worked for me now. Not sure what changed, but I just kept trying until it finally worked.

Hmm, seems like a bunch of people have been able to switch. Are you following the steps in the support guide? If so, maybe try a different browser and if that doesn’t work, file a support ticket with Patreon.

Yeah, same for me. I tried it on mobile and web but it won't let me switch, just puts me right back on the same monthly page.

As of right now, I cannot switch to annual. Every time I click the button to switch, it just refreshes the page and nothing changes. I'll try again at a later time. not sure if the issue is on my end or not, but unsure on how to fix it.
