I just love this video. Thank you for all the tricks ! So helpful. When you were speaking about the one for garlic i was thinking "yes but the smell on our fingers after it !" and then you just respond to this ! I too learn to cut herbs in a glass from my grandmother. I loved doing it whenever i helped her to cook and the thing is one of the things i enjoyed the most was the sounds it causes :) I also love Pick up lime channel. The little thing i use from her isn't a cooking hack but sort of a meditation one te be in the moment : listing 5 things you see 4 things you ear 3 things touch 2 things you smell and 1 thing you taste. I love writing them down when i want to remember a particular peaceful moment i've done it.

I adore your cooking videos! Especially because I've really been in a rut with cooking for myself recently and need to be reminded it is a lovely, relaxing task when I slow down to do it. I made the recipe from this video for dinner tonight - delicious! I couldn't find any ripe avocado at the store this week so of course I'll need to make it again later with the guacamole on top đ

A kitchen can be a place of cosy ambience if desired. I love cooking and love these hacks. I sometimes watch Jaimie Oliver's vids as well. Thank you for these garlic hacks. I always love using garlic myself in just about anything. Where I live it is full of wild garlic and I love it. The stainless steel over the hands hack is a new one for me. I'll do that in future. I have just got home from camping to a new Moonlight Cottage video. Such a lovely surprise. I so love and look forward to your videos Diane xx

Merci pour cette nouvelle video... j'ai un autre tip pour enlever le noyau de l'avocat. Je le faisais comme vous auparavant jusqu'a ce que je regarde cette video de Food52: "Roberto Santibañez's Classic Guacamole | Genius Recipes"(disponible sur YouTube). Il montre combien il est facile de l'enlever (a 8:40) et de realiser un sublime guacamole! En vous souhaitant d'agreables vacances! Ka

This was such a relaxing and interesting video. Love the tips and that you use fresh grown herbs and ingredients. Iâm not a good cook at all but I love watching someone who isâŠ.. food videos are awesome and between the music and ambience and your lovely voice, it was such a pleasant experience. The potatoes look awesome and while Iâve never tried them with avocado, after watching this, I might have to give this one a go! I so look forward to all of your videos, and there isnât a night that goes by that I donât fall asleep to one of them. Looking forward to seeing Blanche again as well!, Keep cooking and stay well. Thank you! Yes this video is a very French cliché ahah, especially the music, but I liked the fact that it matched the name of the final recipe ;) Be sure there are indeed these vibes for real in some parts of France, especially in old castles / manors, the kitchens definitely look like this (but much bigger!) :)

I'm a vegetarian so I'll skip the tuna but I've never tried avocado in a sandwish I must admit! I'll definitely give it a try, thank you :)

How delicious. I love avocado. I love an avocado and tuna sandwich. Mix half an avocado with a small tin of tuna; add a bit of lemon juice, olive oil and pepper. Or spread it on toast. Perfect.
