You Are the Witness | Film Noir Part 2 (early access)

Here's the second (and last, I suppose) part of the detective roleplay I released last February. This was a very exciting project as I had absolutely no idea what would happen next, but writing an actual story was a very rewarding challenge. It was also fun to see some of the characters come to life thanks to the wonderful guests who added so much depth to the video with their charismatic voices.
Finally, as I let my previous character die, I wanted to give this one a happy ending π€
Once again, I feel like I've strayed a little from ASMR & relaxation, but I hope you enjoy it as it is π A no-music version will be released on Sunday as well!
(Fun fact : this is the video that required the highest number of takes, around 300 in total)

It is certainly ASMR with a difference but no less absorbing. You do dark as well as light. I felt there is ambiguity about Blanche and almost thought she was going to turn into the villain, especially when you told him to look at you and at the blackmail sequence. So deliciously atmospheric and as you point out it was great the way you expanded upon Charles and Blanche as well as snippets of Jacob. xx

Would it be very wrong of me to say that I want this to turn into a series? I mean gosh, Iβm already invested in all of these characters!!! Maybe we can even explore Charlesβs future adventures π. Honestly, thereβs no end to your talent as far as creativity, inventiveness, cinematic brilliance β¦ and now we find out that you could be an author as well! Within two seconds, I was completely captivated and caught up and trust meβ¦..this is as ASMR as it gets! The different voices, the tingles from the whispering, the movement, and the ambience of the set is just beyond!!! Iβm going to need a thesaurus to come up with words to describe your talent!! VERY well done, Diane!! I'm a big fan of film noir, and I think this is one of your best videos ever! Maybe it was due to all those takes, but I have the sense that this character seems especially natural for you to play....though that could also be my personal bias showing, because not only is my home office decorated like Sam Spade's office, I even own a full-scale reproduction of the Maltese Falcon. (Yes, I'm that big of a Forties geek.) So I LOVED this moody story, with its ambiance and sophistication and lovely shadows. And now I need to solve a mystery of my own: is that wedding photo of you and your real-life husband, perhaps...?
