🕑 Added 2021-06-02 06:04:41 +0000 UTCI have read many of your comments here on Patreon over the past several days. To be honest, I was shocked at some of the stuff we read. I would like to clarify about the lack of content over the past couple weeks. We went on a vacation to Georgia. This vacation had been planned for 6+ months. We spoke of this vacation ALL the time in so many of our videos. Especially in the month leading up to the trip... we talked about this trip nonstop. We made it VERY clear to EVERYONE that this trip was happening, and as a result, the content would be lacking during that time. In the weeks leading up to our trip, we also informed everyone that I was going to be getting my second Covid-19 vaccination 5 days before our trip, and we suspected I may get sick (which I did). That on top of packing and getting ready for a week long family vacation doesn't allow a whole lot of extra time for filming. My point is this.... we had made that clear to everyone from the beginning. So, the lack of content during that time should not even be an issue here... but I also understand some of your criticisms. On top of our trip happening we also had a few other private incidents occur that took up our time, energy and mental health. This month has been a bit difficult for us, in managing this business, due to these unforeseen events. Some of these things are things we do not wish to discuss publicly. I understand that we are running a business, but first and foremost we are a family. Just a normal every day family, with our own problems and drama. Yes, making content for all of you is our job. And we do treat it as our job, BUT... we also are NOT doing any of this SOLELY for the money. I am personally offended that any of you would even suggest this. We most certainly do NOT do this for the money. Sure, it's only obvious that we NEED money to able to continue to provide content, but that isn't WHY we do it. We react to shows for YOU guys. Because YOU make this experience so amazing for us. We enjoy doing it because it feels like we are making new friends, and watching these shows and movies with all of you. I am not trying to deflect any of your criticisms here. I am hearing you. However, if you wish to voice your complaints and/or criticisms, I would suggest in the future to be a bit more polite in your delivery if you want to be heard. Some of your comments are just downright rude, and not many people respond well to that. I am hearing you, regardless of the noise. I will do my best to be better at communicating with all of our community. I am always available to talk to personally as well. Guys you don't have to explain yourself, it's sad so many people find it easier to show hate than love these days and it's horrible. You both are human beings that have a life out of reacting, you have a family which people seem to forget. I paid Β£15 and its worth it becasue I love you guys I've watched enough content to keep me happy and also I expect you to have a break some people have to cut you some slack becasue you both are parents and the people moaning probably don't have kids to think about just keep doing your thing as yous are one of my favourite reactors especially you love walking dead πππΌ I'm always here if you need someone in your corner across the seas if you both ever visit London UK shout me it be great to meet you both Rob Ross ( London )

Professional Keith speaking The trip was thoroughly communicated through all outlets. YouTube, Patreon and Discord. And it was communicated numerous times. The communication was also there in regards to the slight pause in content. If you weren't aware of these events, it isn't Steve and Lacey's fault. In my place of work with what I do in business, communication from the top down is extremely important. The communication was always there in this case from the top down. Insinuating otherwise would get you laughed at by HR when the paper trail is right there in front of you. Use your resources! Steve and Lacey keep doing what you're doing! Although an explanation shouldn't be needed, it speaks to both of your characters that you both explain anyways. The love and care you show for your community is and has ways been top notch!
