Thanks! Yes I know there's no sex and hardly any expansion/transformation, but I didn't want to shoe-horn anything in just for the sake of it. Don't worry, chapter 19 is well underway (4500 words so far) and it will have all the spice that chapter 18 lacked. Very glad to hear you liked the fights! I was a little worried after the poll we took that showed very few people were interested in fight scenes (this had mostly already been written). They are HARD to write though, so I'm kinda glad the poll gave me a reason to take things in a different direction.
Would be interesting to see where you go with this!
