Survival mode

Right now, I’m unsure how to navigate it all—I don’t know where to turn or what steps to take next. It feels like I’m stuck in survival mode. The things that once brought me joy seem so distant, like I’ve lost my connection to them entirely. For now, I’ll take it day by day.

Let your survival mode take you places. You'll grow stronger. Bit by bit. Don't force it. Just like a good picture, the magic will happen, when things come into focus. Just give it time. And believe in yourself and the universe around you. I've found sanctuary in the idea, that it is possible to commit no mistakes and still lose. That's not weakness, that's life.
