🕑 Added 2018-04-13 01:58:28 +0000 UTC So, as I've mentioned, Baleful Bassinet doesn't have that much longer in its development and should be wrapping up around August or September of this year. I've made brief reference to the fact that I had plans for my next game and I think that I'm ready to talk about that for a little bit, in case anyone is interested.Caregivers and Kennels will be a fantasy/sci-fi RPG wherein you pick one of two races (to begin with) and one of several classes. From there, you will get to journey the land of Omnisolum, fighting for your cause and trying desperately not to be abducted by giants, intent on turning you into their pet and/or perma-baby.
While Omnisolum is heavily inspired by Princess Pottypants's Diaper Dimension, it is a very different world filled with its own lore, national history and culture. While I don't want to go into too much detail yet, this is an extremely ambitious project. I have quite a few pretty grand plans and I hope that you all stick around to experience them with me.

I'm pretty sure that I'm going to use Ren'Py, though I've considered Adobe Flash or Phaser as well. Either way, the next game will use buttons rather than text input. Assuming my artist comes through, I'll also have art for each major character, which will change dynamically as you play the game.

This sounds awesome as I really like the DD universe so I really can't wait. Just wondering though if this will use the same engine as Bassinet or will it use something different?
