🕑 Added 2018-06-20 19:01:58 +0000 UTC Hello there! Unfortunately, this update doesn't have quite as much finished as I would have liked. But, it's substantial enough that I feel it's worth posting. Life has been crazy with the recent move but, if at all possible, I'd like to get out one more early release before the end of the month. I said that last time, didn't I? I suppose I'm a bit of a broken record... Oh well. I'll keep playing that same old song and you keep playing my game! Did I ever inform any of you that I'm cheesy as Hell? Either way, now you know. -Added a continence system. Having accidents, including because of interactions with ghosts, tends to reduce your continence, as does using your diaper when your bladder or bowels are less than halfway full. However, using your diaper when bladder or bowels are more than halfway full increases your continence. Properly using the potty or using the “hold it” skill increase continence as well. If your continence is at low enough levels, the governess's play scene will drastically increase your continence.
-Restructured the way that over-encumberment works. Being over-encumbered now has multiple stages. Stage one reduces attack when carrying more than five things, stage two periodically lowers health when carrying more than 10 things and stage three prevents movement when carrying more than fifteen things. As always, organization increases your carrying capacity by 5.
-You can no longer return to the bathroom from the laundry room without wearing the swim diaper.
-Stuffies no longer take a spot in your inventory when animated.
-Attempting to speak eloquently and failing now causes greater infantilism and humiliation increases. Furthermore, there is now a cool down time before a character is willing to try again.
-Hold it now does 10 damage to you instead of 5. Trying to use it twice in a row also fails. In other words, after holding it once, you need to go, either in your diaper or on the potty, to try holding it again.
-Decreased health of Playmate by 5 and attack of playmate by 1.
-Added messages that inform you when your humiliation is effecting your attacks.
-Fixed bug that was making Speak & Spell beep every turn you could use it instead of only beeping on the first turn it becomes usable.
-Fixed bug preventing you from properly leaving the baby bouncer.

That was very much unintended. After taking a look at what I had down, I'm actually surprised that no one caught this earlier. Much of my early code is appallingly bad. I've considered going through and fixing it just to make other issues that are likely lingering more apparent but that would be a ton of work for something that wouldn't have a very big payoff, especially considering the fact that I'm nearing the end of development. Anyway, thank you for pointing out the bug. It has been fixed for the next version.

Okay a really odd glitch here. After waiting in the Nursery a few turns I was placed on the Rocking Horse. While using the Wait action on it, I got the following: >wait For some god awful reason, you continue to rock in your filthy diaper. But still... You hear a thud behind you and see that a book has fallen from the shelf. You look down and see that it's an illustrated version of Humpty Dumpty. Before you can bring yourself to look away, it sucks you into its pages and you find yourself in the role of the title character. You open your eyes and, once more, find yourself on top of the giant wall. You can't be sure whether you were somehow put back together again and placed there for some reason or if time has reversed itself. One thing you are sure of is that this is the last place you want to be. Again, your hard, eggshell behind feels unsteady on the thin wall beneath you, causing you to rock and rock and rock. Did you ever imagine you'd be damaned to an eternity as an egg, destined to fall and break time and time again? *** The End *** I assume this is unintended.
