Some Tea: According to the queens on one of the viewing party. Lola Amour is indeed playing live, but they edited and layered the actual track on the episode, that’s why you can see the queen at the back actually cheering for the band. I don't know why production edited out the live vocals LOL choices! Also i love Arizona crying every episode.
