I have managed to rupture one of the herniated discs in my spine and the disc nucleus is migrating down my spinal column compressing the spinal cord and nerves, damaging my left leg an foot function, coursing huge amounts of pain and neurological symptoms, and I now have to live in fear that I might need emergency spinal surgery at any moment AGAIN for Cauda Equina Syndrome which is when your bowel, bladder, kidneys and legs etc stop working, and this can happen at any moment, so we are stuck in Spain on our boat trying to do boat work and keep going while living on a very painful in fact excruciating knife edge! Please send me all your positive energy guys... Im going to need it!

Thank you so much!! I think I am seeing small improvements in my back!? Itβs just a slow recovery process, annoyingly!! π Bears changing his hair all the time π I love all his different styles, and he did look super cute all dressed up in his work cloths π€ͺ

Hope your back heals and you can avoid surgery. I will keep you in my prayers. I did not care for Bear's manbun, mostly because of the way it pulled his hair back from his face. Strangely I did think he looked cute in is work clothes before adding the mask.
