Hence the name being a ref to 2D the perspective i wanted to make all his face textures with grease pencil ! Making a cool mix of 2D and 3D , was super fun and super happy w how it turned out

i could possibly do that ! theres a bunch of diff ways to go about making hair. Two most common being just straight up primitives or doing something akin to hair cards !

Can u made a tut about the hairstyle. I usually make a polygon and attach with model and it doesn't work well for me.
