The Neigh Nook - September 21st.
🕑 Added 2017-09-22 00:00:01 +0000 UTC This one was bouncing around in my head for quite a while. Cinders' shop of curiosities called 'The Neigh Nook'.It started out as a more cartoon driven sketch but I wanted to add a lot more depth to it the more I went along. Sort of a 'cartoon' look with a really decent and detailed background.
And falling leefs, of course.
I'll be doing a ink and colour treatment to this one too I think. I don't know yet if I'll go full 'painter' on it or leave it as a sort of sketch and ink kind of deal. I think the latter suits the more 'toony versions of pictures.

Its a place where one can get lost. There are so many eldritch and odd things stuffed onto shelves, old books from this and other planes, a free first time mug of spiced tea and even a skull that will answer questions (if in a very snooty tone). Plus it feature a small Lorrnath in a witches hat who's up for friendly chatter anytime.

Man, that looks like the place to stop on those chilly days just before winter sets in. The kind of days where you're almost done with the running around but then you see this shop you've never noticed before. Even though time is pressing, you can't resist peeking inside. It'll only take a minute, right?

Pies indeed! All sorts of pies, and teas (Tea is free there, pumpkin spiced, chai, that sorta deal). Comfy hats, not-so-cursed skulls, candles and even jerky. Given that she wears only a scarf and hat some days, I think you'd be safe with no shirt or shoes :)

Pies, says the window sign? Might have to scrape together some wampum and look into one of them! Hopefully its not a "No Shirts, No Shoes, No Service" kind of place, though... I tend to lack both of those requirements pretty much all the time. :)
