Which program should we use for Graphic Design tutorials?
🕑 Added 2023-11-03 21:32:05 +0000 UTCFor creating textures, stencils, logos, icons, normal maps, etc, it's important to use a program like Photoshop, GIMP, Paint Net or something similar.
I use Paint Net and I would recommend it to anyone for windows, but I don't know if everyone is using MacOS. I would love to teach Photoshop but it isn't free and I can't encourage anyone to pirate.
Please share your thoughts on the program we should use, and why you prefer this program over others

For graphic design I would say start in vectors, Affinity Designer or Inkscape. Then once you've got an idea finalised, into gimp for rasterising.

Krita is a good one too
