Some of the acting at the beginning I think was the show finding its feet and the actors getting settled into the roles. The show improves quickly but you guys are right in that its FILLED with superman mythology and lore. Whoever was show running this had a deep love for Superman and really knew his stuff. It feels like a passion project. Season 2 is actually insane. The show runner for the show even made a post on Instagram detailing where Season 3 would have gone had they not been cancelled, and some of the ideas he had reminded me a lot of how Zack Snyder builds his universe. The show deserved a bigger budget and more time to reach its vision.
